Extended Growth Walleyes Delivered to Eagle Lake

Extended growth walleyes, funded by ELMD, were delivered to Eagle Lake on October 4, 2024. This years budget allowed for 4,000 walleye to be purchased. This is not the first time walleyes have been stocked here. The Lake District is planning on continuing with future stocking events, as the DNR allows, to enhance the fishery and predator populations on Eagle Lake.
